New Project Coming Together
Our first opportunity to apply the structured approach to project management advocated by PMI is coming together. It will involve guiding a new solar electric generating project through the approvals, funding, legal hurdles, and construction. The installation will be in upstate New York, with another project brewing in Mexico. More details as we have them.
